PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia is multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in East & North Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are looking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements :
1. LEGAL OFFICER/SUPERINTENDENT (LGL-OFC-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in legal drafting, legal opinions and legal matters with strong computer, leadership, good Government & Employees Relations and organization skills.
Requirements:
· Max. 35 years old.
· Bachelor Degree in Law from reputable University
· Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
2. NURSERY ASKEP & MANAGER (NRY-AKP-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Nursery Operation for Forest Plantation (HTI) with new technology for Acacia & Eucalyptus based on planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, budgeting, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
§ Max. 40 years old.
§ Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
§ Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
3. PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT&MANAGER (PN-SPT-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be familiar to handle Strategic Planning in Forest Plantation activities, understand rules of licensing and land matters with strong analytical skills, problems solving, Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership, organizational skills and computer skills.
Requirements:
Age, maximum 40 years old.
Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
Familiar to operate GPS, Arc-GIS, Map Sources, MapInfo, Trimble, Global Mapper,
Minimum 5 year experience in a similar position.
4. PLANTATION ASSISTANT/ASKEP&MANAGER (PLT- AST/AM/MGR)
The ideal candidates will an experienced to handle plantation for Acacia & Eucalyptus in Forestry Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
· Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
· Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position.
· Willing to work in Penajam Pasir Utara or Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
5. COST CONTROLL SUPERINTENDENT/MANAGER (CC-SUPT-MGR)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle project costing, inventory control, budget, and management report, monitor all cost activities and Identify and report trends in the project financial performance with strong computer, communication skill & Leadership.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position in Forestry & Manufacturing Industry.
Familiar in SAP system.
Good Communication in English both oral and written (Mandarin skills is preferred)
6. SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-AKP)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
Good Government & Social Relations
Min. 5 years in a similar position.
7. CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS AS/SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
· Male, age max. 35 years old.
· Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical
· Min. 3 years experience in a similar position.
8. TRANSPORT ENGINEER (LT-ENG)
The ideal candidates will an experienced in Transport Management to handle Log Truck & Heavy Equipment operations in Forest Plantation Industry (HTI) with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
· Male/Female, Age max. 35 years old.
· Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Technical Machine or related.
· Min. of 2 years experience in similar position.
9. TRAINING COORDINATOR/SUPERINTENDENT (TC-CO-SUPT)
The successful candidate will be expert in develop of Trainer, Operator and employees in Forest Plantation Industry (HTI) with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
¨ Must be able to develop material training;
¨ Identify training need of existing Heavy Equipment & Truck Operators;
¨ Contribute in reducing number of Truck accident; involve in recruitment process of Truck operators; responsible in SIMPERing (Surat Izin Mengemudi Perusahaan) for Truck operators;
¨ Knowledgeable in training principles and concepts.
¨ Good communication & presentation skill in English both oral and written and Computer Literate.
General Requirements:
¨ English and computer literacy are a must.
¨ High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
¨ Willing to work in Balikpapan or Site Forestry (East & North Kalimantan)
¨ Good communication & presentation skill.
