PT Batutua Tembaga Raya (BTR), in cooperation with PT Batutua Kharisma Permai (BKP), is the operator of the Wetar Copper Project, a heap leach solvent extraction-electro winning (SX-EW) Copper Project on Wetar Island, Maluku Barat Daya. A SX-EW Plant will start producing up to 25,000 tonne per annum copper cathode deposits, with development activities commencing this year.

We are looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions to be placed on site in Wetar Island with roster working system: 5/3( five) weeks on following 3 (three) weeks off.
Following Vacancy is available:
1. OHS Superintendent
Main Accountabilities;
• implement health and safety policies and systems
• develop and implement safe systems of work
• promote health and safety education and awareness programmes
• develop and maintain processes for statutory requirements and compliance
• adviseand assist managers in meeting their health and safety responsibilities
• provide leadershipin promoting a safety culture
• investigate, report and record accidents and safety statistics
• co-ordinate all internal and external OHS reports
• co-ordinate mine rescue team

Requirements;
Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the OHS Superintendent will be responsible for developing and implementing the companys OHS strategies in a team environment and should have:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any Discipline (prefer OHS)
• Minimum 7 years, including 5 years work experience ata senior OHS position
• POP certification
• Good budgeting skills
• Good leadership, people and project management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, process and result oriented
• Highly motivated and able to work as a part of a team and individually
• Willing to be placed at the Project Site

2. Community Development Administrator
Main Accountabilities:
Ensure effective management of Community Development daily operations: Tim Sheets, Travel Request, Daily toolbox subjects. Ensure adequate office supplies and maintain a system for application and tracking. Compiling and filling Community Development reports. Manage project regulations, SOP, memorandum in a friendly manner for easy access. Liaise with other departments for admin matters.

Required skills and experience:
Education: University degree or equivalent in business administration, Public Administration, Economic or related fields. Experience: minimum 3 years of relevant experience at experience at national or international. Experience in the use of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel). Language: Fluency in English.
