Orica Mining Services is currently recruiting qualified and self motivated personnel to be part our team. The Company has the following vacancies: 1. Treasury Analyst Job Overview Responsible for performing various cash, disbursement, and cash accounting activities Treasury function. Perform accounting functions within the various financial systems, bank reconciliations, audit inquiries, and backup of other core treasury functions, e.g. cash position. Responsibilities • Journal creation for bank account transactions • Administration of the disbursement files from various business units and corporate departments • Assign GL codes, prepare for review by management, and ensure journals are uploaded into appropriate financial systems • Ensure activities posted to both cash and clearing GL accounts are reviewed and reconciled in a timely manner • Perform bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts • Respond to audit inquiries in a timely manner; as required, make calls to the bank directly to clarify adjustments or to clarify items on the bank statements in order to reconcile activity or properly code it; liaise with auditors to confirm bank balances as of a certain date • Uses various cash management program • Serve as System Administrator for Treasury related systems Professional Requirements • Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, accounting and business • Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting, treasury or finance environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English • Good spreadsheet and database skills. • Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills • Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines • Ability to work in a team environment. • Familiar in SAP system 2. MCU Operator This position to be placed in Underground Freeport Site. The successful candidate will possess following attributes: • Minimum Senior high graduation • Have been working at least 1 years in field job • Underground training / Underground experience • Blaster II certification with KIM card from customer • Mechanical background • Self developing willingness and results orientation • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English skills will be an advantage • Time management and understanding of urgency is important • Committed to Orica standards in SH&EC and business ethics 3. Technical Services Engineer – Underground This position to be placed in Underground Freeport Site. The successful candidate will possess following attributes: • Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering • 5-8 years experience overall in Mining industry • 1-2 years Underground drill and blast experience • 2-3 years experience in an operating mine underground production environment • Extensive understanding in Blast design Shotplus-i pro, Shotplus UG & Shotplus T • Having ability in electronic blasting system User, technical report writing and blast monitoring • Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English • Results orientation, innovation, coaching and influencing • Committed to Orica standards in SH&EC and business ethics 4. Junior Tax Accountant This position to be placed in Jakarta. The successful candidate will possess following attributes: • University degree with a focus on tax law and completed commercial training in the appropriate field of study • Min. 1 year experience in the tax department of a large company, tax or financial management • Preferably Big 4 Accounting firm experience • Self-motivated and results-oriented approach, cooperation and team spirit, poise and communication skills • Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is an advantage • Extensive knowledge of Indonesia tax law and regulation • Extensive understanding of financial accounting systems used to record financial information • Familiar in tax software (E-SPT) • Able to meet deadlines and detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English • Committed to Orica standards in Safety, Health, and environment and business ethics Please send your CV to HR: hr.ptoms.indonesia@orica.com at the latest by November 25, 2015.
