Accounting & Tax Manager
Job Descriptions:
• Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports.
• Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures.
• Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
• Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
• Avoids legal challenges by understanding current and proposed legislation; enforcing accounting regulations; recommending new procedures.
• Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Managing budgets, developing and managing financial systems/models, carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

Job Requirements:
• Age 30-40 years old.
• Bachelors Degree Graduated from a reputable University Major in Accounting.
• At least 5 Years experience in the tax or finance management of a mining company.
• Willingness to travel.
• Certification of Brevet A, Brevet B
• Strong Computer Skills in daily work and other projects.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and instructions.
• Extensive knowledge of Indonesia tax law and regulation
• Extensive understanding of financial accounting systems used to record financial information
• Familiar in tax software (E-SPT)
• Able to meet deadlines and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Accounting Staff
Job Descriptions:
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.
• Responsible for general ledger.
• Fixed asset processing and reporting.
• Maintain bank accounts by requesting disbursements.
• Monitor reserve accounts and short-term fund investments.
• Review bank statements.
• Research and reconcile all discrepancies.
• Auditing and verifying documents.
• Following internal controls.
• Completing data backups.
• Financial and profitability analysis on a requested basis.
• Prepare balance sheet for profit & loss monthly report
• Verify and maintain recapitulation of daily finance transaction
• Prepare cheque/giro and payment mechanism
• Perform advance closing and ensure that realization of advance inline with budget
• Verify tax aspect in daily transaction

Job Requirements:
• Age 25-35 years old.

• Willingness to travel.
• Able to use the accounting software (Accurate, Zahir etc)
• Strong Computer Skills in daily work and other projects.

Legal Officer
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for handling all potential legal matters including analysis, evaluation of any legal issue
• Assist management in the formulation of proposal which would improve the overall functioning of the dispute resolution mechanism
• Provide input, advice or legal opinion on an issue or legal document
• Draft and review contract, agreement and other legal documents
• Conduct legal review on a company document
• Represent management at external meeting, conferences and committees related to legal and policy issues and negotiated detailed outcomes in accordance with broad policy directions
• Draft agreements with a third person and make legal documents
• Running the orderly administration of the company and the applicable regulations relating to company business
• Manage external lawyers and provide strategy advise for settlement of legal dispute or litigation

Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor Degree in Law at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field
• Having strong negotiation skill and contract drafting
• Able to co-ordinate with other departments for collection of necessary inputs for preparing necessary documents
• To attend the Court for routine matters and co-ordinate with the Advocates and bring to notice effective hearing dates to the head of department and attend hearing along with seniors
• Having excellent verbal reasoning skill
• Good structured analysis and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of global mining business will be an advantage
• Good written and verbal business communication skills (in English)

GIS
Job Descriptions:
• Provide first tier GIS support to GIS users in the business – demonstrate the proper use of ArcGIS software and tools, answer user-questions, troubleshoot problems with software and data, and work with users to develop GIS workflows to perform GIS analysis for moderately complex business situations.
• Provide spatial data management support using standard processes and methodologies set by the Global GIS Data Management Team.
• Understand and provide guidance for spatial data management at the user level. Work with the business groups to adhere to Hess Global GIS/Spatial data management standards.

Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Geology/Geophysics or equivalent from reputable university
• Use of Esri ArcGIS Desktop Suite - minimum experience - 3 years, more is preferred. Knowledge in GIS and Esri products preferable
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, result driven and able to work independently
• Required skill(s): Geographic Information System Gis, Mining business process, etc.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Strong understanding of Esri GIS and Esri GIS technology, including the use of remote sensing and imagery data types.
• Strong understanding of differences and interactions of GIS and CAD, and the ability to communicate the difference to business people, including GIS users.
• Strong understanding of geodetics, surveying, and positioning, and implications of not using correct geodetics.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English is a must.

Geologist
Job Descriptions:
• Supervise the development, maintenance and validation of mineral resource models, grade control system and geological database
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of monthly basis
• Plan and supervise effective grade control and resource development programs and ensure that quality control is maintained at the highest possible level
• Plan and observe drilling programs to identify nickel distribution and geometry within the mine operation to allow timely mine planning
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and standards
• Ensure that geology team supports the mining department to optimize the extraction of the mineral resource

Job Requirements:
• Degree qualification in Geology or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years experience in mine geology, with exposure in nickel producing environment, including near mine exploration
•Excellent technical knowledge and skills, including a broad understanding of sampling, monitoring and recording concept
• Proficiency in SURPAC or related mining design software
• Demonstrated high regard for safe-working rules and procedures with evidence of careful consideration of risk factors
• Good written and verbal business communication skills (in English)

Procurement Staff
Job Descriptions:

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in the procurement of goods and services that are technical and mechanical
• Having knowledge of engine spare parts
• Have good relationships with vendors
• Detail oriented and able to work in tight schedule
• Computer literate (Ms Office, Adobe Acrobat)
• Good written and verbal business communication skills (in English)

HSE
Job Descriptions:
• Demonstrate excellent safety leadership at all times. Lead by example and encourage safety excellence in accordance with companys commitment to HSE matters.
• Take the lead in preparation of an extensive HSSE/OA plan for the business that covers all aspects of HSE and then oversee implementation of the plan.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual HSSE/OA department reports and present them to the company, government authorities etc. as required.
• Provide HSE technical and operational support to all aspects of the business as required, whether that be Risk Assessment, Management of Change administration, the preparation of procedures etc.
• To provide site health and safety leadership in supervisory capacity, support HSE Manager in ensuring construction work and plant facilities are in compliance with corporate HSE policies, standards, actively implement safety directives, improve HSE performance in a proactive approach, and provide support in ensuring health, safety and environmental policies and procedures are aligned with Fluor and Client requirements, governmental regulations and industry practices.

Job Requirements:
• Max. 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years experience as Health Safety Environment (HSE) in mining
• Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / public health / environment engineering
• Certified POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) is preferred
• Fluent in English both oral & written
• Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet
• Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
• Having K3 Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi K3) from Disnaker/Pertambangan or from Pusdiklat MIGAS.
• Prioritized having Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) Competency Certificate.
• Capable to make investigation report and other HSE reports.
• Agressive, proactive, creative and loyal.
• Understand principle and application of HSE.
• Understand SOP application in job.
• Has the ability to draft HSE strategies, plans, programs, policies, system & procedures as well as lead, manage, and support their implementation
• Conduct regular HSE inspection at sites to ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed properly as stated and or oblige
• Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
• Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
• Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
