The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Overall technical integrity of UMB, Risers and flowlines system design premises, structural and flow assurance behaviour
• UMB system compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
• Mechanical Completion and Accuracy of UMB systems
• Reviewing installation and pre-commissioning procedures
• Planning, reviewing and following-up systems pre-commissioning and commissioning
• Compliance with Local/National and International Standard and Codes, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, Tender procedure
• Inspection, FAT Testing, Installation , Offshore Installation Supervision
• Sea-line & Riser System: Sea-line & Riser System Design, Flow Assurance Principles Study, Multi Phases R&D
Qualifications & Experience:
• Fluent in English
• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in UMB, Riser and Flowlines engineering for oil/gas field development projects.
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially
• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for the production and workover subsea instrumentation and control systems, ensuring overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices and system performance.
• Site inspection and Interfacing with the Contractor on Technical and Delivery issues.
• Ensuring Delivery of the production and workover subsea instrumentation and control systems is in line with the Project objectives, technical interfaces and requirements.
• Daily site inspection and interfacing with Contractor.
• Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Leader.
• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the SPS Contractor (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc...) and ensuring the comments/concerns from Company and other contractors are implemented or properly addressed.
• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Installation Contractor (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc...) and ensuring the comments/concerns from Company and SPS Contractor are implemented or properly addressed.
• Monitoring and reporting technical progress to the SPS Work Package Leader and Subsea Control Engineer.
• Witnessing of acceptance tests for all the Production Control System Scope of Supply (FAT,EFAT, SIT, etc...) and close out any punch list.
• To attend and support the offshore installation, commissioning and production start-up.
• Providing support and advise to the Company representative during offshore campaign related to the installation/testing/pre-commissioning/commissioning of Subsea Control System Equipment
Qualifications & Experience:
• Electric / Electronic / Physic Engineering degree (preferably automation specialization).
• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for Subsea System.
• Not less than 7 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in Subsea Projects.
• Not less than 5 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.
• Not le than 3 years of instrumentation and automation experience (5 preferable).
• At least 2 similar activities (subsea EPC Project follow-up)
The job holder is accountable for commissioning preparation, execution, documentation and handover to operations. Main activities will include:
• Applying the commissioning strategy, to deliver the Package’s Objectives;
• Ensure that an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture is reflected during every day work processes, LQ fabrication, pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Implementing the Commissioning schedule to ensure that the package remains aligned to the Project’s milestones and suitably integrated with the construction and completion activities;
• Define commissioning packages strategy;
• Managing the overall commissioning performance for the various commissioning contractors in Ulsan Yard;
• Managing the manpower mobilization and resources in cooperation with FPU Commissioning Coordinator;
• Work closely with EPCI Contractor personnel on the preparation of commissioning documentation and procedures.
• Monitor and assist with inspection and testing requirements for all disciplines
• Monitor and assist with identifying test equipment requirements.
• Monitor and assist with identifying utility requirements, chemicals etc. required for commissioning.
• Monitor and assist with preparing Job Safety Analyses for commissioning activities
• Monitor and assist with checking for system completeness and endorse construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning certification.
• Reviewing the handover of systems and relevant documentation to be delivered to Production Operations for acceptance;
• Supporting start up activities;
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Having 10 – 15 years of experience in oil and gas companies, preferably having overseas exposure and experience in major offshore / deep water project
• Previous Upstream Engineering Floating Production Unit commissioning experience would be advantage
• Experienced in operation for offshore gas facilities is beneficially

• Provide Electrical Engineering support to onshore and offshore project teams
• Proactively analyse field data and develop action plans to improve automation performance that can add value to the asset through improved reliability and uptime.
• Provide project Electrical engineering support to future field development
• Develop Project commissioning and ready for start up procedures and guidelines for Electrical
• Ensure that all Electrical project tasks are carried out according to Company’s established policies, procedures and professional standards
• Ensure appropriate risk assessments are carried out for all Electrical project activities, with particular attention to recognizing the impact of change.
• Progress all MOC (Management of Change)’s including gaining technical and budgetary approval and interfacing with facility and Project Engineering ensuring that all changes to equipment design, type or functions are controlled by application of applicable Company Management of Change procedure.
• Integral member of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up teams for the Offshore
• Ensure necessary HSE reviews are undertaken and identified actions completed
• Conduct design reviews for commissioning and start-up requirements.
• Attend F.A.T.’s agree results and actions.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Commissioning Contractor’s Plans and Procedures.
• Input to the commissioning preparation work (monitoring preservation, monitoring of mechanical
• completion and pre-commissioning activities, commissioning temporaries, etc).
• Endorse discipline specific formal Handover documents from contractors at Pre-commissioning completion stage confirming their acceptability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the commissioning planning and estimate documents in cooperation with the System Engineer
• Ensure all necessary Indonesian Permits, Licenses and other Compliance requirements are in place prior to commencement of any commissioning activities
• Contribute to Commissioning’s support to Start-up.
• Ensure discipline input to an acceptable Formal Handovers to Operator has been made.
• Participate in and assist with the co-ordination of the Project’s performance test(s).
• Contribute to the Commissioning Group’s improvement process and close-out report
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor Degree in an engineering/technical discipline (chemical, mechanical, electrical specialization)
• Fluent in English
• At least 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities
• At least 5 years of experience in commissioning and start-up of oil and gas process facilities
FEED Stage
The job holder is responsible for:
• Being the liaison between FCMT and WP Leader in all Company corporate functions
• Being informed of Contractor execution plan, management decisions, as well as all contractual milestones in order to participate in meetings between FCMT and EPC/EP Contractor and provide feedback to WP Leader
• Evaluating/Approving the definition of a plan by FCMT Package Manager in order to monitor the FCMT contractual performances based on established KPI’s and contractual milestones.
• Examining and agreeing all technical and cost change notices with the FCMT Package Manager before being submitted to the WP Leader.
• Supporting the FCMT Package Manager in expediting external issues (i.e interfaces with Local Authorities / Regulatory Bodies)
• Supporting the WP Leader in assessing the FCMT manpower requirement
• Attend specific meetings between FCMT and EPC/EP Contractor with a cost/schedule/quality bias as well as technical subjects.
EPCI Stage
• Power systems overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company guidelines and engineering best practices
• Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products for electrical & power systems.
• Electrical design documents reviewing and approving
• Providing technical evaluation of power systems
• Providing power systems execution technical follow-up
• Preparation of ITT documentation and bid technical review for electrical
• Review of contractors electrical
• Technical electrical support to commissioning an production start-up
Qualifications & Experience:
• The job holder must have an Engineering or technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company
• Not less than 5 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.
• Not less than 3 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors in electrical engineering activities.
Working in a prior similar role would be beneficial.

• Daily reporting to SPS Work Package Lead and Xtree & WO engineer
• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the Contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures, applicable codes, COMPANY standards and specification, Contract, International standards and Engineering best practices;
