We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

Requirements:
1. Min bachelor degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering from reputable university, preferably in Mechanical experiences
2. Min 15 (fifteen) years professional experience in related field, out of which 5 years in senior managerial position with at least 5 years in a senior position in a construction contracting business
3. Minimum 3 years international experience working with EPC multinational companies
4. Broad knowledge of commercial and industrial construction, engineering and design
5. Professional detailed knowledge of construction in large projects
6. Proven track record in running large remote construction projects.
7. Demonstrated effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skill
8. The ability to manage all aspects of business commercially and contractually with clients.
9. The ability to mentor and develop EPM team members
10. Conduct detailed project reviews to ensure projects are on track from a budget and schedule perspective.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for project activities to anticipate impediments of project progress and to assist in the resolution of problems which may adversely affect project design, cost or schedule to ensure all project operations are well performs.
2. Strengthen and refocus the business line to ensure all engineering and construction procedures are followed.
3. Working with the Superior, plan and develop strategy in Engineering & Project Management business line in order to achieve and enhance quality performance in the overall Engineering function.
4. Approve client specifications and documents to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated into the works.
5. Mentor and assist the project managers to ensure all project variations and EOT’s are closed in a satisfactory and timely manner
6. Ensuring the Project Managers are capturing all change and disruption on their projects by monitoring the Variation and EOT register.
7. Work with Project Managers to show full Earned Value Analysis on each project with correct S curve interaction showing EOT’s and Variations
8. Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the department and supervise the preparation of funding requests for capital projects to ensure all engineering activities are comply with the current procedures and regulations. This consists of:

12. Manage any subcontractors or consultants so that they perform in accordance with their contracts in a safe manner.

14. Performs administrative supervisory tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources based on manpower forecast to provide managerial supports in administrative matters.

Requirements:
1. Required to work overtime on a regular basis
2. In the case of small to medium sized projects, the Senior QA/QC Engineer shall be required to act as the Quality Manager
3. Work Flexible hours to accommodate job requirements
4. Min.4 years experiences in maintenance / equipment
5. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in engineering
6. Good knowledge on Quality Management Tools (e.g. TQM, QCC, SPC, Balance Scorecard, etc.) and disseminate through Project Quality Management System.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare, review and issue project specific documentation such as method statement and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) etc. based on project requirements.
2. Provide quality input and/or problem resolution to discipline engineers during design and procurement phases or construction supervisors during field construction phase.
3. Review the quality system of new vendors/ subcontractors and/or conduct the assessment of vendors performance and then prepares/updates the record of Assessed Vendors List (AVL)
4. Develop, test and qualify the project welding specifications including welders/welding operators qualification
5. Liaise and coordinate with third party, NDT company, Testing laboratory and Government authority inspector as applicable
6. Responsible for the traceability of materials by ensuring all records such as material certificates, equipment calibration, inspection and testing etc. raised during phases of procurement, manufacturing, construction/ installation and commissioning are available, complete and correct.
7. Prepare the index of Manufacturer’s Data Reports (MDRs) when the fabrications of permanent structures or pipe spools etc are performed by the Company.
8. Establish equipment/gauges register and maintain valid calibration records of inspection, measuring and testing equipment. Remind the Construction Manager if the equipment used on the project is due for calibration.
9. Coordinate overseas vendors’ inspection and review inspection reports raised by the surveillance inspection companies.
10. Perform document review issued by vendors/ subcontractors.
11. Review Inspection Report, monitor the progress and clear-up any problem/ outstanding items.

Requirements:
1. Min Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferable in civil engineering
2. Min. 3 years experiences as a quantity surveyor or related with commercial/project cost controller/cost planner
3. Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
4. May be required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
5. Good communication & negotiation skill, budget handling skill
6. Willing to be placed in all project
Responsibilities:
1. Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the relevant parties (ex: architect or client)
2. Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks, performing risk, value management and cost control
3. Undertaking cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
4. Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
5. Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategy to resolve disputes between clients, designers and building contractors
6. Analyzing outcomes and create detailed progress reports
7. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting or Finance from reputable university
2. Relevant experience minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting
3. Strong skills and experience with Excel & Word (min. Intermediate level) or comparable spreadsheet & accounts packages
4. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization
5. Excellent English – both written and verbal
6. Detail oriented and good analytical skills
7. Relevant accounting software experience (eg. Sun System, Crystal Report, etc)
8. Brevet Tax A/B is an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring and verify monthly management reporting in order to be submitted to parent group.
2. Analyse and responsible in quarterly and yearly statutory reporting in order to be submitted to other external parties related to government’s requirement.
3. Monitor and cooperate with related parties (Project Managers, Shared Services and Corporate Group) to ensure that all deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timetables, including intercompany reconciliation and budget preparation.
4. Maintain and manage trial balance and all sub-ledger accounts in conjunction with shared service manager and ensuring the necessary documentation to support the company’s financial statements.
5. Monitor actual expenditure against budget for all overheads function to ensure all expenditure are in line with the agreed budget.

Requirements:
1. Min.Diploma or Bachelor degree in economy, or other related major
2. Having experience as consultant experience and knowledge on indsutry is preferable
3. Always keep current with new tax laws and regulations.
4. Min. 3 year experience on taxation area

7. Good computer skill, especially in Excel spread sheet program
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that the organisation meets its tax obligations and objectives and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
2. Liaise with Tax Manager, Tax Superintendent, Fin Manager to calculate annual tax and ensure tax calculation enclosed with relevant documents include tax return and manage to payment and lodgment.
3. Maintain tax information and records; prepare tax returns, tax payment and lodgment, and other required reports so that they are submitted accurately and on time
4. Audit and ensure tax return reports for timely delivery to concerned authorities
5. Liaise with HR Payroll Department in monitor income tax on PTP employees annually.
6. Assist in providing data for tax audit and other taxation activities.
7. Conduct formal annual performance review and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance counselling as required for all direct reports.
