Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are looking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:
1. ESTATE/PLANTATION MANAGER (EST/PLT-MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Forestry Plantation (HTI), Land Clearing, Harvesting, Heavy Equipment & Estate Operations based on target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Good Government & Social Relations
2. PLANTATION ASSISTANT/ASKEP (PLT- AST/AM)
The ideal candidates will an experienced to handle nursery and plantation for Acacia & Eucalyptus in Forestry Industry with strong computer (Ms Offices), leadership and communication skill.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma Degree in Forestry/Agronomy/Environment or related.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in similar position.
3. NURSERY ASSISTANT/ASKEP/MANAGER (NR-AS/AM/MGR)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Nursery for Acacia Mangium & Eucalyptus for Forest Plantation (HTI) with new technology based on Planting target with strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters, also Good Government & Employees Relations with excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Agriculture or Forestry from reputable university.
• Min. 5 years experience in a similar position.
4. PLANTATION INVENTORY SURVEY ASSISTANT/ASKEP (PIMS-AS/AM)
The ideal candidate will understand in Forest Plantation Inventory Survey, carrying out measure (audit), PMA, MRI, PHI, PSP, PIMS Operation and familiar to operate GPS, Arc GIS and Ms Office.
Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in GIS, Agriculture or Forestry.
• Familiar to handle PMA, MRI, PHI, PSP, PIMS Operation & Ms Office.
• Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position.
5. PLANNING/GIS ASSISTANT (GIS-ASST)
The ideal candidate will understand in Forest Planning (Plantation/HTI) activities, able to operate Arc GIS, rules of licensing and land matters with strong computer and organizational skills.
Requirements:
• Age, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in Geography, Geodesy, Forestry or Agriculture.
• Familiar to operate Arc GIS & survey tool.
• Min. 3 year experience in a similar position.
6. COST CONTROLLER MANAGER (CC-MGR)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle project costing, inventory control, budget, and management report, monitor all cost activities and Identify and report trends in the project financial performance with strong computer, communication skill & Leadership.
Requirements:
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years experienced as Cost Controller in Forestry & Manufacturing Industry.
• Familiar in SAP system.
• Good Communication in English both oral and written (Mandarin skills is preferred)
7. FINANCE OFFICER (FA-OFC)
The successful candidate will be familiar to handle both issue petty cash, cash advances, bank upload & booking, operation budget, finance report monthly and yearly, check and control account payable and account receivable with strong computer.
Requirements:
• Min. Diploma in Accounting.
• Min. 2 years experienced as Finance Officer in Plantation Company or Manufacturing Industry.
8. SOCIAL, SECURITY & LICENSE ASKEP (SSL-AKP)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in demonstrate the ability of communicate effectively, strong analytical skills in problems solving, understanding rules of licensing and land matters also Good Government Relations with excellent computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law/Social Science/Management/Communication or Agriculture from reputable University.
• Good Government & Social Relations
• Min. 5 years in a similar position.
9. CIVIL/INFRASTRUCTURE ASSISTANT/SUPERINTENDENT (CIS AS/SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in Civil/Infrastructure (Road, Bridge, Building) Project Construction & Maintenance with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirement:
• Male, age max. 35 years old.
• Min. D3 Technical Civil/Mechanical
• Min. 3 years experience in a similar position.
10. LEGAL OFFICER
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in legal drafting, legal opinions and legal matters with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
• Graduated Min. Law from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
11. HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERINTENDENT (HR-SUPT)
The ideal candidate will be an experienced in plan, design & implement of Human Resources Management, such as Recruitment, compensations & benefit, Training and Industrial Relation with strong computer, leadership and organization skills.
Requirements:
• Graduated Min. S1 degree Majoring Human Resources Management/Law/ Psychology/Management from reputable University
• Minimum 3 years experience as HRD Superintendent, Multinational Company in Manufacturing & Forestry.
• Good understand in Man Power Regulation and familiar to handle recruitment process.
General Requirements:
• English and computer literacy are a must.
• High motivation, disciple, team work, dynamic with good personality
• Willing to work in Balikpapan or Site Forestry (East & North Kalimantan)
• Good communication & presentation skill.
