- Proper procurement, maintenance, control and documentation of spare part, lube oil, chemical and consumable
- Controlling inventory level of its spare part/lube oil/ chemical and consumable
- Implementing all the procedures related to Logistics department
- Monitoring in/out goods from and to warehouse
- Ensuring all goods are stored in the designated area and its prevented from quality deterioration
- Conduct quarterly inventory audit of goods
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine, Electrical, Industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in the same field
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Having knowledge of logistics management and familiar with spare part of diesel / gas engine and its auxiliaries
- Familiar with maintenance monitoring system
- Good analyzing, reporting, administrative skills
- Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta
- Proper implementation of maintenance plans and activities in the plant according to Wartsila standards
- Plans, organizes, direct, controls and coordinates all activities involving preventive maintenance schedules and electrical repair of engine and auxiliaries
- Implementation and supervision of preventive maintenance schedule
REQUIREMENTS
- Min. Diploma (D3) in Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC Engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in the same field
- Strong knowledge in the electrical (LV and MV) component, engine control system, measurement of electrical equipment and electrical technical drawing
- Good electrical and automation troubleshooting
- Good analyzing and administrative skills
- Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta
- Main role as Receptionist function which responsible for incoming call and (outgoing if needed), greet visitor, letter administration
- Additional role as Assistant in HRGAIM Dept. To support HRGAIM administration matters, ie. GA data update & invoice, Leave record, Employee Card distribution (ID, Medical, Jamsostek, Pension), Medical Insurance arrangement
- Support L&D activities (room & refreshment)
- Responsible for Library administration (inventory, labelling encoding the collections, monthly report)

Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all technical support and follow up activities.
