• Male, maximum of 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Geology or related discipline with minimum 4 years experiences in coal quality control
• Good knowledge in coal geology
• Good knowledge in coal sampling technique and procedure (pit and stockpile samples and disturbed or undisturbed samples)
• Good knowledge in coal quality control and quality assurance management.
• Good knowledge in stockpile management and mine geology.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software such as Autocad, Minescape, Xpac, Minex, etc.
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat are preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Prepare coal samples to analyze.
• Supervise routine coal sampling and guidance services for front line people
• Supervise all the procedure needed to prevent parting and other impurities materials in pit based on SOP
• Supervise all the procedure needed in stockpile activities based on stockpile SOP
• Have to assist mine geologist and all mine operation in pit
• Have to assist mine mapping and exploration activities if needed.
• Monitor production activities to get good coal quality.
• Male, max 25-30 years old
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline. Min GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position mining production section.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Holder of POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Comprehensive knowledge in mining software: Minescape, Xpac, etc.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan.
Responsibilites :
• Monitoring all coal production activities to meet target considering efective, effeciency with strong commitment to safety.
• Create short term & mid term mine plan
• Supporting data and mapping the actual area lacation information
• Make sure sequence of mining based on planning.
• Create & analyze budget, cost of mine production.
• Male, 25 - 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Excellent understanding about Safety Analysis,
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Excellent experience and general knowledge on basic safety, plant safety design (in coal mining field).
• Good knowledge on all of the equipments activities and its basic procedure usage
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge in all of the safety reports needed in mining field
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat districts are preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Create all the SHE programs in job site.
• Will managed all the safety activities
• Make sure all of safety programs clearly to implemented.
• Male, maximum 35 years old.
• Bachelor Degree in S1 Electrical Engineering / Mechanical
• Familiar & good knowledge with AC/DC electrical material handling works.
• Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument.
• Able to design & maintenance electrical system.
• Good knowledge in Asset Management
• Good communication with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills especially in Ms. Office & Internet.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan.
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat are preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Design electrical network considering safety & efficiency.
• Create SOP Electrical & Machines usage
• Planning and schedule vehicle maintenance
• Planning, run, monitor the maintenance and repair of the electrical infrastructures.
• Indentify any damage that may occur in the network and electric equipment
• Could prepare the data and report the electrical spare parts for supporting the operational activities
• Conduct maintenance & repairing electrical equipment schedule.
• Male/Female, maximum of 30 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering / Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same position from mining company.
• Good knowledge about material (electrical, furniture, civil, etc…)
• Good knowledge about material prices.
• Excellent skill to dealing with vendors
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Candidates should be from South Sumatera (Muara Enim and Lahat are preferred)
Responsibilities :
• Receiving and processing any purchase requisition accordance with the procedure
• Making & collect database vendor.
• Monitoring purchasing & procurement process until its closing.
• Handling all purchasing administration in Job Site.
• Handling purchasing warehouse as well as warehouse system.
• Male, maximum of 35 years old.
• Bachelor degree in Environment / Forestry / Agronomy any major. GPA 2.75 / 4.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position from mining company.
• Having AMDAL Course.
• Having knowledge environmental strategic, policies & procedures and support their implementation.
• Good knowledge in software statistic
• Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Hold a POP Mining Indonesia competency certificate preferable.
• Willing to be located at Muara Enim, South Sumatera.
Responsibilities :
• Analyze and identify the possibility of potential environment problems to reduce the risk production activity.
• Make a program of reclamation activity.
• Responsible for all environment at Site.
