RekindWorleyParsons (RW) is a Joint Operation between PT. Rekayasa
Industri and PT. WorleyParsons Indonesia and is currently providing
Engineering and Construction Management services for PT. Chevron Pacific
Indonesia (CPI) in Duri, Riau under its Engineering and Construction
Management Contract. RW is seeking qualified and highly motivated
engineers and project support staff from multiple disciplines for work
on a highly specialized and very high priority 18 month project
assessing safety relief systems throughout CPIs entire Sumatran-based
operations. A stand-alone team is being formed and will be dedicated
exclusively to this effort. Successful candidates will become part of a
high-energy, fast-paced project team providing invaluable technical
support to the Indonesian subsidiary of one of the world’s most
reputable multi-national, fully integrated oil and gas companies,
Chevron Inc.
1. SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER Work Location: Jakarta
Roles and Responsibilities • Prepare and complete process
safety engineering design, coordinate Contractor’s activities in
development of process safety engineering deliverables. • Provide
technical consultation for Facility construction and commissioning, if
it’s required to support Company’s related projects. • Work closely with Company’s user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.
• Provide mentoring on related process safety engineering aspects to
Contractor’s Process Safety Engineers to enhance their competency.
Primary objective • To provide risk management and Loss
Prevention services to the various Rekind WorleyParsons Safety &
Risk Management for PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia. • To be
responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in terms of
technical capability and also commercial performance of the project. • To promote RekindWorleyParsons Safety & Risk Management to client. • To provide services of technical nature in meeting project requirements.
Specific accountabilities • To identify the safety engineering scope of work from basis of design. • To be able to determine and estimate norms/schedule to conduct the scope of work.
• To be able to raise a suite of project deliverables including
procedures, design basis and HES Plan & Schedules of activities • Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire & Explosion Analysis, Fire Protection related studies and Formal Safety assessments.
• Design Safety reviews/Studies, Layout, EERA, ESSA, F&G, Dropped
Object, Hazardous Area, QRA, Radiation / Dispersion Analysis, Facility
Siting Study. • Active Fire Protection Design. • Passive Fire Protection Design. • CTR Management & progress reporting.
• Quality Assurance- Responsible for working within the provisions and
guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Safety &
Risk Department.
Qualification of Personnel • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent. •
The candidate shall have minimum 8 years working experience in process
safety engineering works for oil & gas or petrochemical handling
projects and/or facilities, with minimum 3 years of which at senior
safety engineer position. • The candidate shall have thorough
knowledge on process safety engineering and be proficient with related
safety software (DNV PHAST, FLARESIM, PIPENET etc) and codes/standards. • Has experience in Risk work (QRA, FERA, etc) • Has experience in Phast consequence modelling • The candidate shall have high mentoring & coaching skills.
2. PROCESS ENGINEER (Relief Systems) Work Location: Jakarta
Roles and Responsibilities • Perform relief valve and overall
relief system capacity verification calculations pursuant to API 520
and client engineering standards; • Permanent member of a special project being established to evaluation Company relief systems (PSVs, flare systems, etc.); • Prepare and complete development of related discipline engineering deliverables; • Work closely with Company user(s) during review sessions of deliverables. • Development of HMB tables for relief systems.
Qualification of Personnel • Minimum education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent;
• The candidate shall have minimum 3 years working experience in
related engineering discipline works for oil & gas or petrochemical
handling projects and/or facilities; • The candidate shall have
adequate knowledge on respective engineering discipline and capable to
utilize with related baseline software and codes/standards. • Demonstrated expertise using HYSYS simulation and FLARENET software.
3. AREA SUPERINTENDENT CONSTRUCTION PLANNING & SUPERVISION Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Personnel • Min. education is to possess an engineering degree (S1) or equivalent.
• The candidate shall have Min. 15 years working experience in area of
construction planning, execution and supervision, with Min. 10 years
of which are for oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or
facilities, and Min. 10 years of which at supervisory position.
Several years of which shall cover following aspects: • Min.
Experience as a Superintendent Construction or Construction Supervision
for EPC or CM contracts for oil & gas or petrochemical industries in
the last 5 years. • Min. 5 years working experience outside of
his/her home country, in supervising a group of construction supervision
personnel or multiple construction execution teams at scattered job
sites with diverse nationalities. • Alternative for Article (b)
above for Group III National only, Min. 8 years working experience with
multi-national companies in Indonesia or Min. 8 years working
experience in Indonesia on projects for multi-national companies with
regular interface with the clients, in supervising a large group of
construction supervision personnel or multiple construction execution
teams at scattered job sites with diverse nationalities. • The
candidate shall have broad knowledge on various construction execution
aspects, construction scheduling, various resources allocation methods
for construction, construction productivity tracking, HES application
for construction activities, and constructability review. • The
candidate shall demonstrate strong HES leadership, have strong
supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation &
coordination, mentoring & coaching and networking.
4. TRAINING SUPERVISOR Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Personnel • Min. education is to possess S1
or D3 Degree in any discipline with 7 years (S1) or 10 years (D3)
working experience in managing training and development programs and
organization, which Min. 5 years as trainer in the oil/gas HES or
construction related skills (e.g. lifting & rigging, welding,
scaffolding, etc). • Have good instructional technique and design and have certification or qualification in training and development method. •
Understand key techniques - Training Need Analysis (TNA) method and
template, evaluation, and transfer of learning (putting learning into
practice in the workplace). • Able to be good communicator and to
present with credibility and authority; innovative, and able to develop
new concepts and to deliver creative solutions. • Shall have broad
knowledge on various training programs for construction and execution
aspects, included HES and other discipline applications for construction
activities and constructability review and has knowledge of the
function of the Training Department, of the training option available,
and of differed learning and training styles. • Shall have Min. 5
years at supervisory or managerial skills and position to supervising a
training and development organization with Min. 10 trainers, which 3
years shall be related to construction and project management for oil
& gas, EPC, or petrochemical project or facilities. • Able to
give good and consistent advice, think strategically and at an
individual level, influence upwards, sideways, downwards and outwards.
• Have a systematic approach to training, an understanding of design,
tailored training and an appreciation of the challenges trainers face,
and knowledge of training, learning and the business as a whole. • Able and aware of sources of advice, materials, suppliers and contacts.
5. HES AREA SUPERINTENDENT Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Personnel • Min. education is to possess an engineering degree (S1).
• The candidate shall have Min. 15 years working experience in
contruction execution and field HES supervision and inspection, with
Min. 10 years of which area for oil and gas or petrochemical handling
projects and/or facilities, and Min. 10 years of which at supervisory
position. Having AK3 Certifification from Depnaker is an advantage.
• The candidate shall have min. Experience as a field HES
Superintendent for EPC or CM contract for oil and gas or petrochemical
industries in the last 5 years. • The candidate shall have broad
knowledge on various construction techniques, various field HES
practices and related quality codes & standards. • The
candidate shall have broad knowledge on various construction techniques,
various fiel HES practices and related quality codes & standars.
• The candidate shall demonstrate strong HES leadership, have strong
supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation, coordination,
mentoring & coaching and have broad networking.
6. SCHEDULER Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Personnel • Min. education is to possess an
engineering degree (S1) with 8 years working experience or engineering
diploma degree (D3) with 12 years working experience, both in
construction execution and project scheduling. • Min. 4 years of
which (for S1 degree) or 6 years of which (with D3 degree), working in
oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have broad knowledge on contruction execution and
thorough knowledge on various project scheduling methods and related
codes & standards, including associated software. • The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.
7. QA/QC INSPECTOR (Civil & Tank) Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Civil Personnel • Min. Education is to
possess an engineering degree (S1) with 8 years working experience or
engineering diploma degree (D3) with 12 years working experience, both
in construction execution and project scheduling. • Min. 4 years
of which (for S1 degree) or 6 years of which (with D3 degree), working
in oil & gas or petrochemical handling projects and/or facilities.
• The candidate shall have broad knowledge on contruction execution and
thorough knowledge on various project scheduling methods and related
codes & standards, including associated software. • The candidate shall have high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.
Qualification of Tank Personnel • Min. Qualification is
engineering diploma degree (D3) and shall have substantial knowledge in
construction and inspection of above storage tanks, especially for
API-650 tank fabrication, field erection and maintenance. • Min. 8 years working experience in engineering and/or fabrication and/or services provider company(s).
• Min. 5 years of which must be in QA/QC inspection of API-650 tank
fabrication for various oil and gas or petrochemical facility projects. • The candidate shall have valid training certificate(s) on API-650 & 653 from local organization.
• The candidate shall have a valid certificate in NDT level-1 (MT/PT or
UT or Radiographic Film Interpreter) from local organization.
8. TRAINER Work Location: Riau
Qualification of Personnel • Min. education is to possess S1
or D3 Degree in any discipline with 4 years (S1) or 7 years (D3) working
experience as trainer in the oil/gas HES or construction related skills
(e.g. lifting & rigging, welding, scaffolding, etc). •
Understand key techniques - Training Need Analysis (TNA) method and
