Investor Relations Department Head
Job Description and Responsibilities: As a manager of the
investor relations team, this full time position will help Adaro Energys
investor relations efforts to implement a cost-effective, proactive
program. You will help manage the perceptions of international and
domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in
order to optimize the valuation of Adaro Energy as a publicly traded
company. This position reports to the Division Head of Corporate
Secretary Investor Relations and is a highly visible role both
internally and externally.
You will actively promote transparency and fair disclosure. You will
develop and execute an Investor Relations program and develop and
execute core financial communications strategies and messages. You will
assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor
relations documents and materials, such as the website, quarterly and
annual reports. You will assist with the preparation, implementation
and follow-up for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings with
financial analysts, institutional investors and shareholders. You will
manage advertising campaigns and help augment Adaro Energys financial
brand and position in the investment community. Additional
responsibilities include conducting ongoing market research, analyzing
competitors, industry metrics and financial valuations; serving as one
of the primary liaisons for day-to-day inquiries from investors and
stock analysts; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energys
business and strategy; reporting key issues, shareholder information and
market insights to executive management and making recommendations
based on observations; and monitoring fluctuations in shareholder base.

Senior Electrical Engineer
Job Responsibilities • Collect and analyze information related
to the needs of electrical engineering in order to map the electrical
system development plan that will be used at the Adaro Group. • Coordinate cross-discipline (civil work, mechanical, etc.) to ensure electrical construction in accordance with planning.
• Make the procedure of construction, pre-commissioning and
commissioning procedures in accordance with the electrical engineering

Contract Admin Section Head
Job Responsibilities • Manage, prepare tender documents
(prequalification, scope, drawing, specification and other data, and
special conditions), and collect scopes of work for various contract
